** 10-minute late policy -  If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so that we can best accommodate you.

 

** Cancellation Policy -  Please contact our office 48 business hours prior to your appointment and if we missed your call, please leave a voicemail stating your name and appointment time and date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. We will call you back to reschedule.
